FAQ
What's the difference between glossy, semi-gloss and satin? All three use the same archival photo paper — only the surface finish changes. Glossy has the most shine, making colours look punchy and vivid (closest to a classic developed photo), but it reflects more light and shows fingerprints. Semi-gloss sits in the middle: strong colour with a softer, dreamier finish that handles fridge lighting beautifully — it's the safest all-rounder. Satin has a low-sheen, almost-matte surface that's gentler on reflections and especially flattering for portraits, black-and-white, and gallery-style images. If you're not sure, semi-gloss makes most photos look great in most kitchens.
I forgot to upload my photo at checkout — what now? No worries, it happens often. Email your photo(s) to theprintbunch@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, and we'll attach them to your order before production starts. The sooner the better — try to send them within 24 hours so we can match them up before production begins. Please use the highest-resolution version you have (original phone or camera photos, not screenshots). We'll reply to confirm once everything's lined up.
How long does it take to get my order? We handmake every order in our Singapore studio, so allow 3–5 working days for production. Local Singapore delivery is 1–2 days after that, and we also ship internationally — international delivery times vary by destination, but typically arrive within 5–18 working days after production. We'll always do our best to ship your order out as soon as possible.
What kind of photos work best? Bright, well-lit, in-focus photos work beautifully. We recommend uploading the highest-resolution version you have — straight from your phone is usually perfect. Avoid screenshots, heavily zoomed-in crops, or anything blurry. If we spot an issue, we'll always email you before printing.
Can I order custom sizes? For now we stick to our standard sizes so we can keep quality consistent. For larger custom orders (weddings, corporate gifts, etc.), drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.
Are the magnets strong enough to hold things? Yes — each magnet uses neodymium-grade magnetic backing. They'll happily hold a takeaway menu, a child's drawing, or a stack of recipes. For very heavy items, double up.
Will the photo fade? Our magnets are dye-sub printed on Canon's archival photo paper — rated to last up to 100 years. The dye-sublimation process seals the image right into the paper itself, giving it natural resistance to fading, moisture, fingerprints and scratches. With normal kitchen use, your magnets are designed to look great for decades.
Do you ship internationally? Not right now. But we'll definitely explore it in the future.
Can I send a Print Bunch as a gift? Absolutely. Choose The Gift Bunch at checkout, add a personalised note, and we'll send it directly to your recipient — no pricing inside the box.
What if my magnet arrives damaged? Email us within 7 days at theprintbunch@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll remake and reship it on us. No drama.
Can I return a personalised order? Because every magnet is made by hand for you, we don't accept returns on personalised items. But if there's a quality issue or a mistake on our end, we'll always make it right.
